The Dukes is renowned for an exceptional, varied and award-winning programme of theatre, cinema and art including one of the country’s leading outdoor promenade productions and pioneering creative learning activities.
We now wish to appoint a talented and inspirational Director to lead the delivery of a radical new business plan and build a vision that responds to the tastes of existing and future audiences for the next exciting period of growth at The Dukes.
The successful candidate will have a track record of managing a complex business, setting inspiring arts strategy and driving energy and innovation through strong financial, business and entrepreneurial skills.
