Lancashire is bidding to become UK City of Culture 2025. It will be the first time that a county has envisaged itself as a virtual city and the team at Lancashire 2025 needs you, the citizens of Lancashire, to help build a programme that will win this prestigious competition. Winning will bring about major change and lasting benefits for all of Lancashire.
The Lancaster Arts Partners (LAP) are hosting two Get Together zoom networking events for creatives in the Lancaster & Morecambe district and we’d love for you to join us at either one of the two events, which are being held on zoom on Sat April 24th from 10.30 to 12.00 or Weds 28th April from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.
Since the lockdown we have been very busy at Lancaster Arts! We’ve reflected on how we, together with artists, can best contribute to these very hard times and have been looking at imaginative ways of enabling artists to ease isolation and disconnectedness.
