Capacity: This room has a maximum legal standing capacity of 150. Seated rows is 110, and seated at tables is 80. Please note that these are all approximate and we’d love to discuss your booking in more detail to advise on comfortable capacity.
Hire Info: £22.50 per hour. £165 per evening with a staffed bar (6.30pm-midnight). Friday & Saturday evenings, the room is only available to hire with a staffed bar. £40 per hour with a staffed bar.
Disability Access: There is step-free access to the hall directly through double doors off Williamson Road. This door opens from the inside only. Use the accessible doorbell on the main door to tell someone if you want this door to be opened for you. The door from the building into the Hall is a double door that opens outwards and is 85cm wide in total. The balcony in the Hall has stepped access only. There are 13 steps up from the Hall of 21cm height each. There is a bannister, and the stairs turn to the right. There is also a route to the balcony from the 1st floor. The Hall has a portable stage, which has an accessible ramp with handrails. There is an accessible toilet accessible via a lift.
