Welcome to the Promenade Concert Orchestra, a lively and enthusiastic ensemble based in Morecambe that specialises in performing light music.

Recognising the enjoyment people have when listening to light orchestral music, the Promenade Concert Orchestra was formed in 2007, by the professional clarinettist and conductor, Howard Rogerson, to provide the opportunity for residents of and visitors to Morecambe and the Bay area to also enjoy such music. The Promenade Concert Orchestra has developed a highly successful series of critically acclaimed concerts at the Platform in Morecambe and has subsequently taken programmes to places such as Grange-over-Sands, Settle, Ribble Valley, Chorley, Lancaster Grand Theatre and Blackpool Winter Gardens.
