Description
Lancaster Community Music Trust is a self-funded grassroots organisation and registered charity, run by its members to provide music-making and music education opportunities in the Lancaster District.
We run the Lancaster Community Music Centre (LCMC) with members from ages 7 to over 80 of all abilities (pre-Grade 1 to post-Grade 8), with a classical music bias from Renaissance recorders and violas to a Big Band and Symphony Orchestra.
At LCMC there are opportunities to participate in various groups and ensembles, as well as receive individual musical instrument tuition.
Features
Lancaster Community Music Centre is open on 32 Saturdays per year, during school terms, from 9:00am until 1:30pm, at Dallas Road Community Primary School, High Street, Lancaster, LA1 1 LD.
