Benefits of LDAP Membership
Who are we for?
LDAP is for arts organisations and freelancers interested in working together to share knowledge and offer support and to offer a dynamic perspective and strategic voice to help enable a thriving arts and cultural sector in the district.
LDAP Meetings:
* Meetings take place every 2 months (alternating between morning/afternoon times)
* Hosting of meetings rotates across members venues
* Meetings last up to 2 hours (normally 11am – 1pm or 5pm – 7pm). The first hour is spent on organisational business and the 2nd hour on networking (networking is managed by the host organisation)
* Any Sub-groups/Task and Finish Groups will be decided at the organisational meetings
* Proposals for agenda items can be submitted as AOB to the Administrator and added to a future meeting as required
* Organisational updates can be submitted in advance of meetings to the Administrator to be circulated before the meeting
* Include an annual review of the Operating Model to make sure it remains fit for purpose.
What are the benefits?
* Sharing knowledge
* Offering support
* Understanding different perspectives & drivers of other organisations/individuals
