Biographical Info

The Gregson Community Association own and run the Gregson Centre, a popular venue for participatory arts and community activity which includes meeting rooms, a bar, cafe and small cinema. The halls are used for sports and community arts activities including three community choirs, language cafes, a Brazilian carnival group, European folk dancing and a monthly comedy club. Room are available for hire for celebrations and public meetings. GCA also manages a popular local sports facility, provide free seasonal festive family and maintain a local meadow which has been left in perpetuity for the children of Lancaster.
